Information on this website

The dealer request form asks for dealership name, contact name, email address, telephone number and town, and offers optional website and comments fields. At present, the form does not accept or retain submissions: it currently returns an unavailable message because the email delivery credential has not been configured. We do not use this page to collect payment details.

The /demo form is interactive but demonstration-only. The details you enter are processed in your browser to show an example dealer notification. They are not sent to a dealership, uploaded by the demo form or stored by this site.

Dealer page enquiries

A live personalised dealer page must identify the specific dealership that would receive the vehicle enquiry and show that dealership's privacy information before accepting submissions. The dealership would be responsible for its decision to respond and for its handling of enquiry details. SellMyCarTo would provide the page and delivery service under agreed arrangements. No dealer records are currently configured, and live dealer enquiry forms are not active on this site.

Storage, providers and security

The demonstration does not store personal information. When dealer enquiries and the dealer request form are enabled, the relevant information will need to be processed by the website host and a transactional email provider to deliver it to the named recipient. The final service must define data access, retention periods, deletion procedures and security controls before accepting real enquiries.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law gives people rights to request access to, correction or deletion of their personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. Please use the address above while an email contact is being confirmed.
